How does it work

  1. You create a chat. Let's call it "communication". The link and QR code will be created for that specific communication. If you are a hotel manages, you can create different "communications" for every room in the hotel
  2. Send a link or place a QR code wherever you want. For example, you can place a QR code in a hotel room, so no guest phone is needed. Or send a unique link to every guest arriving.
  3. The customer opens a link or scans a QR code. The chat page will be open. The customer writes a message to you, you see it in the admin dashboard.

That's it. Simple. No phone numbers sharing, no apps installation needed.
